In these classes, you will develop skills which help you to enjoy the experience of being pregnant, and to enter into labour and parenthood with a sense of calm confidence.

In these classes you will learn:
- Yoga Movements suitable and beneficial for pregnancy to strengthen, release and alleviate common prenatal discomforts.
- To relax deeply using mindfulness, positive visualisation and other forms of meditation.
- Breathing techniques and positions for the different stages of labour.
- Pelvic floor exercises and relaxation techniques.
- To support your changing body with better posture and awareness.
- To connect deeply with your baby and yourself.
- To trust in your body and feel empowered to birth your baby.

Course Details
6 Week Online Course & Forum
This course consists of 6 hour long classes which you can enjoy from the comfort of your home, at any time. Once bought, the course is yours to watch and rewatch as many times as you wish. As a member of the course, you will have access to a chat forum which promotes a sense of community amongst the women participating and offers the opportunity to ask Gráinne questions about any of the content or for exercises more specific to your needs.
In Person Classes at Koru Wellness, Castle Yard, Kilkenny
This 6 week course runs from the Castle Yard, Kilkenny, Fridays 12.15-1.15pm. These classes are great opportunity to switch off from the outside world and fully connect with your body and your baby, in tranquil and supportive surroundings. Call or text 087 - 1241963 to book your place.
Pregnancy Yoga Workshops In Studio and Online
These morning workshops run several times throughout the year on Saturdays, from 10.30-1.
They are a great opportunity for expectant mother’s to immerse themselves in prenatal yoga and relaxation in order to gain tools for a positive pregnancy, birth and beyond.
Private Pregnancy Yoga/Birthing Consultations
Private in studio, at home or virtual consultations are personalised to focus on the skills and tools which you want to learn in order to prepare mentally, physically and emotionally for labour and birthing (at home or in hospital) and the “fourth-trimester.
They will give you trust in your body and help you to feel excited and empowered as you prepare for your baby’s arrival.
